- 1 / 5By Neil BeestonIf I could score it lower I would. After ordering using the touchscreen self service system we then waited over 20 minutes for the food to be brought to us....didn't happen. Ģormless staff wandering around not able to locate us despite it stating quite clearly we were in zone 3. When the food finally arrives, none of the dips were there, no knife and fork for the salad and one of the drinks was wrong. This ain't rocket science people. One word sums it up nicely, incompetence.December 09, 2016
